Join the Opera Volunteers!

The Opera Volunteers are music lovers of all ages who work with the artists and staff of Charlottesville Opera to bring exciting productions to the stage, meaningful education programs to people throughout Charlottesville and Albemarle County, and much, much more!

Volunteer hours are spent getting things done, not in meetings. We know each volunteer brings something unique to Charlottesville Opera, so we want to tailor your experience to your interests, skills, and availability. Let us know how you'd like to help by filling out the form below, and we'll get in touch with you about specific opportunities and events that we think you'd love to experience!

Opera Volunteers will receive a quarterly newsletter highlighting their amazing work, upcoming productions, and opportunities to get involved. We also hold biannual events to thank our volunteers for their vital support.

Want to get started? Read on for more details about volunteer opportunities, then fill out the form below and we'll send you some more information.
